  • Bare-Metal Cluster Architecture: Configured and deployed a 4-node k8s cluster on physical server hardware using Ubuntu Server Linux.
  • Containerized Media Infrastructure: Containerized and deployed enterprise-grade open-source web services, including media preservation pipelines (Immich) via Docker.
  • Local Model Execution Platform: Deployed local open-weight LLMs (Hermes, Ollama) exposed via web interfaces and dedicated service endpoints.
  • Workflow Automation Bot: Programmed a custom Telegram bot service communicating directly with cluster-hosted local LLMs to execute automated personal workflow tasks.

Impact

  • Established full infrastructure independence by hosting private media pipelines and offline LLM workloads locally without public cloud lock-in.
